Abstract :	Physical activity is a basic in the development of a complete human beeing. For persons with disabilities it is especiallyimportant to be physically active, in order to use the full potential of the body. Through physical activity important skills can be trained, not only physical skills, but alsososcial and psychological. The aim with physical activity differs, for some it may be a world record, for others to be able to cope with the requirements to daily life. Persons with disabilities may often need help and stimulation in order to develop. In this program we show diffrent activities that may be suitable for persons with different disablities. The production was in Egypt with examples from the school Al Noor wal Amal for blind girls, from the Right to live Association's school for mentally retarded, from Palestine Red Crescent Society's Ain Shams rehabilitation center and from Nadi Tawfiayya where disabled are integrated in anordinary sporting club. The production is the result of cooperation between tre institutions in Norway: The Norweigian University of Sport and Physical Education, Beitostolen Health Sport Center and Institute for Special Education at the University of Oslo.
