3) Brother Alvaro Rodriguez Echeverria, Superior General in Rome: Call To Prayer: “Let us remember….
This will be a pre-recorded Opening Prayer.

After Bro. Alvaro a candle will be lit at the Huether Conference in Saint Louis and on the pre-recorded prayer from Rome~ this is the signal that we are moving to #4.

4) Brother Peter from Kenya will read the Genesis Reading in Saint Louis: Words of Creation- God the Creator “Let there be light….” Genesis 1:1-5
The Congregation will read a short response to the Genesis reading in Saint Louis. Then we move to #5.

5) Bro. Dennis Lee LIVE from Nairobi, Kenya: Power in the Act of Creation- Drums and Song of Africa

After the prayer from Africa a candle will be lit in Nairobi and in Saint Louis and we will move to #6.

6) Bro. Peter Iorlano/Sister Patricia or student LIVE from Bethlehem University: A reading from the Gospel of Luke: 2:8-20

The Congregation in Saint Louis will read a short response to the Reading from Luke

Directly after the response by the Congregation the Students of Bethlehem University will sing a song in Arabic.

A candle will be lit in Bethlehem and Saint Louis and we will move to #7

7. Estudiantina Group from Universidad La Salle LIVE from Mexico City will read Luke 8:16-18 and go directly into their song.

A candle will be lit in Mexico City and Saint Louis and we move to #8

8. De La Salle University- Amelia Galang- LIVE from Manila Founder’s Words: A Reading from a Meditation of De La Salle

The Congregation in Saint Louis will read a short response to the words of the Founder.

De La Salle University will perform their song: “ Jesus In Our Hearts”

A candle will be lit in Manila and St. Louis and we move to # 9

9. A person in Saint Louis will read a Contemporary Reading: Light of Discipleship, Creativity and Inspiration: The Zeal of the Institute

A candle will be lit and we move to # 10

10. Bro. Alvaro pre-recorded from Rome will offer a closing reflection: Words of Prayer and Inspiration to carry the light of the Lasallian Mission to the entire world.

Bro Alvaro will close with “Saint John Baptist de La Salle…pray for us …Live Jesus in our hearts forever”

A candle is lit in Rome and Saint Louis and we move on to #11

11. We return to Manila and we sing “ Jesus In Our Hearts” together with all our International Partners.

12. Maryann Donohue-Lynch ends the service.
